Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time:

Please allow 2–3 business days for LB Lash to process and ship your order.

Shipping Days:

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

  • U.S. Orders: 2–7 business days
  • International Orders: 10–15 business days

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary. LB Lash is not affiliated with any shipping carrier. Once your order has shipped, it is handled by USPS and we cannot control delivery timelines.

Important Shipping Information

LB Lash is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit with USPS.

If a package is returned to us, a full refund will be issued once the returned order is received.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted on any products.

Digital Products

Webinars and e-courses are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
